摘　　要：通过对大连大学医学检验技术专业在校学生学习需求的问卷调查,以了解该专业学生在本科教育阶段的学习需求,分析大连大学现有的教学资源及约束条件,查找在医学检验技术专业培养体系中存在的不足和问题,并有针对性地对学生在适应大学学习生活、学习动机、教学方法、考核评价方式、实践教学以及在学习中存在的困扰等方面采取一系列行之有效的教学改革措施,旨在为大连大学培养具有岗位胜任力的应用型医学检验技术人才提供科学依据。A questionnaire survey on the learning needs of students majoring in medical laboratory technology in Dalian University was conducted in order to understand the learning needs of Dalian University Medical Laboratory Technology students at the Undergraduate Stage.This paper analyzes the existing teaching resources and constraints of Dalian University,and finds out the deficiencies and problems in the training system of medical laboratory technology specialty.Targeting to students to adapt to the university learning life,learning motivation,teaching methods,assessment and evaluation methods,practical teaching and students in the study of the trouble,a series of effective teaching reform measures was taken.It aims to provide scientific basis for the college to cultivate applied medical laboratory technical talents with post competence.
