摘  要:针对体系作战任务的复杂性问题,本文提出了一种体系作战场景下的任务配置双层规划方法.首先,根据体系作战具体场景,利用工作分解结构方法进行作战任务分解结构设计,结合观察-判断-决策-执行(OODA)环理论对任务进行细化,形成作战任务清单;其次,分析各个元任务时间资源约束,构建作战任务配置双层规划模型,设计作战任务期限的惩罚函数,基于嵌套遗传算法进行求解;最后,利用反导作战案例验证所提方法的可行性和有效性.分析结果表明,本文方法在复杂作战环境下能够有效地进行任务配置,输出最优的资源配置和任务时间安排,可以服务于多任务协同和复杂资源约束的作战需求.Aiming at the complexity of system-vs-system combat tasks,this paper presents a dual-layer planning method for mission configuration in system-vs-system combat scenarios.First,according to the specific scenario of the system-vs-system combat,the work breakdown structure approach is used for the design of combat mission decomposition structure,and the Observation-Orientation-Decision-Action(OODA)loop theory is combined to refine the tasks and form the combat task list.Secondly,the time resource constraints of each meta-task are analyzed;a dual-layer planning model for combat mission configuration is constructed;the penalty function of combat mission duration is designed,and the solution is based on nested genetic algorithm.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the case study of anti-missile operations.The results show that the proposed method can effectively perform task allocation in complex combat environment,output optimal resource allocation and task scheduling,and serve the operational requirements of multi-task coordination and complex resource constraints.
