摘 要:针对吸气式高超声速飞行器在飞行过程经历的气动环境预示研究不足的问题,基于地面风洞数据执行仿真参数与数值精度的相关性分析,提出了一种采用优化参数的气动环境仿真方案.环境预示数据表明,飞行器在飞行期间所面临的气动声振热条件极为严苛,其数值分别达到147dB、182g和2130K.结构设计时,翼型前端会直面更为剧烈的气动加热,应选用具备出色耐热性能的材料,抗振设计则需着重关注翼型后缘位置;采用如铬镍铁合金等新型高性能材料可显著提升结构可靠性和耐久性.环境测试时,测试范围必须全面覆盖上述极端气动环境的极限值且热测试的温升速度需达到83℃/s的快速升温,以模拟飞行器在极端环境下的热应力情况.此外,随着流速的增加,气动热对飞行器结构振动的影响也愈发显著,进一步验证了热振联合测试的重要性.Aiming at the problem of insufficient research on aerodynamic environment prediction of scramjet-propelled vehicle during flight,this paper is based on the ground wind tunnel data to execute the analysis on the correlation between simulation parameters and numerical accuracy and propose a simulation scheme for the aerodynamic environment with optimized parameters.The environmental prediction data indicate that scramjet-propelled vehicle faces extremely harsh aerodynamic sound,vibration and thermal conditions during flight,with the values reaching 147 dB,182g and 2130 K,respectively.In terms of structural design,the leading edge of airfoil is directly exposed to more intense aerodynamic heating,necessitating the selection of materials with excellent heat resistance,and the anti-vibration design needs to give special attention to the position of trailing edge of airfoil.The use of new high-performance materials,such as chromium-nickel-iron alloys,could significantly enhance the structural reliability and durability.In the environmental testing,the test range must fully cover the limit value of the above extreme aerodynamic environment,and the temperature rise speed of the thermal test should reach 83℃/s so as to simulate the thermal stress of the vehicle in the extreme environment.In addition,as the flow speed increases,the impact of aerodynamic heat on the structural vibration of the vehicle becomes increasingly significant,which further validates the importance of the combined thermal vibration test.
