摘 要:目的为了探究椭圆齿轮传动的运动学特性及动态受力情况。方法在运动学分析计算的基础上,研究了偏心率对各运动学参数的影响;在考虑回转轴心在焦点处的椭圆齿轮副工作时引起惯性力的工况下,对从动轮在传动过程中的轮齿受力及回转轴支承反力进行了分析计算;最后基于齿轮轮齿范成加工原理对椭圆齿轮三维建模,并将三维模型导入到Adams中进行了运动及动态受力仿真。结果仿真结果与理论计算分析结果吻合,进而验证了分析计算的正确性。结论椭圆齿轮的运动学特性及动态受力研究结果为椭圆齿轮传动的设计及工程应用提供了理论参考。Objective In order to explore the kinematic characteristics and dynamic force situations of elliptical gear transmission.Methods The influence of eccentricity on kinematics parameters was studied on the basis of kinematics analysis and calculation.Under the working condition of considering the inertia force caused by the elliptical gear pair with the rotating axis at the focal point,the force on the teeth of the driven wheel during the transmission process and the reaction force of the rotating shaft support were calculated and analyzed.Finally,based on the envelope method,a three-dimensional model of the elliptical gear was established and imported into Adams for motion and dynamic force simulation.Results The simulation results were consistent with the theoretical calculation analysis,thereby verifying the correctness of the analysis and calculation.Conclusion The research results on the kinematic characteristics and dynamic forces of elliptical gears provide theoretical reference for the design and engineering application for elliptical gear transmission.
