摘 要:以国产氧化铝纤维缎纹布和石英纤维网胎为原材料,采用三维叠层针刺工艺,制得不同针刺工艺参数下针刺预制体,分别测试不同针刺工艺参数针刺预制体的拉伸、剥离强度;采用微观显微镜分析针刺工艺参数对层间纤维带入量和面内基布损伤的影响,确定出适用于氧化铝纤维针刺的最佳工艺参数。当针刺密度为5刺/cm^(2)、针刺深度为10mm时,最大拉伸强度为8.19MPa,当针刺密度为5刺/cm^(2)、针刺深度12mm,最大剥离强度为305.6N/m。Using domestic alumina fiber satin-weave fabric and quartz fiber mesh as raw materials,the needling performs with different needing process parameters were prepared by using three-dimensional laminated needling process.The tensile and peeling strength of the performs with different needling parameters were tested.The influence of needling process parameters on the amount of interlayer fiber brought in and the damage to the in-plane base fabric were analyzed through a microscopic microscope,and the optimal process parameters suitable for alumina fiber needling were determined.When the needling density is 5 needles/cm^(2) and the needling depth is 10 mm,the maximum tensile strength is 8.19 MPa.When the needling density is 5 needles/cm^(2) and the needling depth is 12 mm,the maximum peeling strength is 305.6 N/m.
