摘　　要：根据公司整体生产经营情况,F03B玻璃纤维生产线完成了大型窑炉在线ECT常规玻璃纤维切换为TM系列高模玻璃纤维生产,结合生产线一个窑期的运行情况,详细描述了电助熔电极的使用结果,并进行了原因分析;同时总结了电助熔钼电极在线续进维护实操方法和注意事项,对玻璃窑炉电助熔电极材料的发展进行了展望。Based on the overall production and operation status of the company,the F03B glass fiber production line has completed the switch from large-scale furnace online ECT conventional glass fiber to TM series high-module glass fiber production.Combined with the operational status of one furnace cycle of the production line,the usage results of electric boosting electrodes were described and a detailed analysis of the reasons were conducted.Furthermore,the practical methods and precautions for the online replenishment maintenance of electric boosting molybdenum electrodes were summarized,and the development of electric boosting electrode materials for glass furnace was prospected.
