摘　　要：明末大儒陆世仪的乡村治理思想,体现在他的理论专著《治乡三约》中。他最有建设性的内容设计,便是将乡村视为一个生态系统,即把乡约、社学、社仓、保甲四者有机结合起来。合作性事务和独立性事务可以统筹陆世仪乡村治理的主要内容。虚实结合、选人与用人并重、考核与监督并举,是陆氏乡村治理思想的三个鲜明特征。研究陆世仪的乡治思想对于当代全面振兴乡村具有重要的理论价值。Lu Shiyi,a great scholar in the late Ming Dynasty,embodied his thoughts on rural governance in his theoretical monograph Three Covenants on Rural Governance.His most constructive design was to view the village as an ecosystem,integrating four elements:village covenants,communal schools,communal granaries,and mutual security systems.Cooperative and independent affairs can be considered the main content in Lu Shiyi's rural governance framework.The three distinctive features of his rural governance thoughts are the combination of virtual and real aspects,the emphasis on both selecting and employing talents,and the parallel focus on assessment and supervision.Studying Lu Shiyi's rural governance thoughts holds significant theoretical value for the comprehensive revitalization of contemporary rural areas.
