摘  要:为解决中老铁路进出口箱型不平衡问题,满足中老铁路货物运输需求,开发40ft半高集装箱。根据主要货物类型,确定集装箱长度为40ft,宽度为2438mm,根据半高集装箱试装货物密度计算得到集装箱的高度,从而最终确定40ft半高集装箱的基本技术参数,并验证半高箱+半高箱双层装载工况、半高箱+40ft国际标准集装箱双层装载工况下是否超限。建立动力学仿真模型,设计直线、曲线和上、下坡的线路条件,对40ft半高集装箱的双层运输方案进行动力学仿真计算。结果表明:半高箱+半高箱双层装载工况、半高箱+40ft国际标准集装箱双层装载工况下,X_(2K)重车车辆运行稳定性理论上满足《机车车辆动力学性能评定及试验鉴定规范》(GB/T5599—2019)要求。In order to solve the imbalance of import and export container types of the China-Laos Railway and meet the freight transportation demand of the China-Laos Railway,a 40 ft half height container was developed.Based on the main types of goods,the length of the container was determined to be 40 ft,and the width was 2438 mm.The height of the container was calculated based on the density of the trial cargo loaded into the half height container,and the basic technical parameters of the 40 ft half height container were finally determined.The double-layer loading conditions of the half height container+half height container and the half height container+40 ft international standard container were verified to determine whether they exceeded the limit.A dynamic simulation model was built,and straight,curved,and uphill/downhill route conditions were designed.Dynamic simulation calculations were performed for the double-layer transportation scheme of a 40 ft half height container.The results show that under the double-layer loading conditions of half height container+half height container and half height container+40 ft international standard container,the theoretical stability of X_(2K) heavy-duty vehicle operation meets the requirements of Specification for Dynamic Performance Assessment and Testing Verification of Rolling Stock(GB/T 5599—2019).
