摘  要:建立了化妆品中禁用抗生素组分的超高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱联用仪(UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF/MS)匹配数据库筛查的检测方法。通过收集化妆品中可能添加的所有抗生素类化合物,建立数据库,根据其结构特征归类,按照油水分配系数(log P值)排序,选取代表性物质组成化合物集,开发UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF/MS分析方法。样品的筛查通过质谱一、二级精确质量数比对进行,定量则依据一级质谱响应。该方法快速、高效,可以在缺省90%对照品的情况下,快速完成化妆品中十大类296种抗生素的筛查、确证及定量。A method of ultra-performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF/MS)matching database screening for detecting banned antibiotic components in cosmetics was established.A compound database,for antibiotics that may be added in cosmetics,was established.All compounds were classified according to their structural characteristics,sorted by their oil-water partition coefficients(logP value),and representative substances were selected to form a compound set to develop the UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF/MS analysis method.Sample screening is performed by the first-and second-degree precise mass number of the mass spectrometry in comparison to standards,while quantification is based on the first-degree mass response.The method is fast and efficient,and can quickly complete the rapid screening of 296 antibiotics from ten categories in cosmetics,even in the absence of 90%of the controls.
