摘  要:为实现82B系列产品碳的窄成分控制,提升产品质量。图绕82B系列产品碳准度提升进行系统分析优化,对精炼前氢站吹氢工艺进行优化,钢水量准确控制指导碳粉加入精确计算,精炼吹氢流量及时间合理化控制,精炼渣态调整、控制炉渣黏度,使用碳线精调碳等因素进行分析优化。实现了82B碳准度由68.7提升为78.6%,提高10.1%,极大提升了精炼的碳准度控制水平,有效降低82B系列产品炉与炉间的强度极差,为下一步82B系列产品质量提升创造了条件。To achieve narrow component control of carbon in 82B series products and improve product quality.Systematic analysis and optimization are carried out around the improvement of carbon accuracy of 82B series products,optimizing the argon blowing process at the pre refining argon station,accurately controlling the amount of molten steel to guide the precise calculation of carbon powder addition,rationalizing the control of refining argon blowing flow rate and time,adjusting the refining slag state,controlling slag viscosity,and using carbon wire for precise carbon adjustment and other factors for analysis and optimization.The carbon accuracy of 82B has been increased from 68.7%to 78.6%,an increase of 10.1%,greatly improving the control level of refined carbon accuracy and effectively reducing the strength difference between furnaces of 82B series products,creating conditions for the next step of improving the quality of 82B series products.
