摘　　要：本文结合螺旋钢丝标准对性能的要求,通过孔型、礼件红坏尺寸、控轧控冷工艺参数的设计、优化、改进,开发了适用于抗拉强度1570MPa以上的Ф7.0mm螺旋肋钢丝用的b11mm规格82B盘条,该产品各项指标既符合标准要求,满足用户工艺,也提高水钢品种钢市场竞争优势。Spiral ribbed steel wire is a specially processed steel wire widely used in railway sleepers.Require it to have high strength,good elongation performance,and excellent anchoring properties.This article combines the performance requirements of the spiral steel wire standard,and through the design,optimization,and improvement of the hole type,red billet size of the rolled piece,and controlled rolling and cooling process parameters,develops aФ11 mm specification 82B wire rod suitable for Ф7.0mm spiral ribbed steel wire with a tensile strength of 1570 MPa or above.The product's various indicators not only meet the standard requirements,meet the user's process,but also enhance the competitive advantage of the water steel variety steel market.
