摘  要:弹性面料在内衣服饰、运动户外等领域具有广泛引用。以一类具有全聚酰胺结构的新型尼拉纤维(Nila^(R))为弹性组分,制备混纺弹性面料,研究纤维组成对面料综合性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:引入尼拉弹性纤维后,所得机织复合面料表现出独特的自褶皱表观风格,具有更加厚实、蓬松的特点,且透气与透湿性良好,具有在高端复合面料领域的应用价值。Elastic textiles are commonly utilized in underwear,clothing,sports,and outdoor applications.A new Nila^(R)featuring a fully polyamide structure utilized as elastic fibers in blended fabrics to examine the effect of fiber composition on fabric properties.The results reveal that the introduction of Nila elastic fiber results in a unique self-pleating appearance,characterized by increased thickness and loftiness.Additionally,these fabrics demonstrate good breathability and moisture permeability,making them valuable for applications in the highend composite fabric sector.
