摘 要:葡萄糖的高效检测在医疗诊断、食品质量监测和环境监测等领域具有重要意义。采用溶剂热和煅烧相结合的方法,制备了三种高熵化化合物(高熵氢氧化物、高熵氧化物和高熵硫化合物)用于无酶葡萄糖传感器。通过X射线衍射与扫描电子显微镜对其结构和形貌进行表征,并使用循环伏安法和计时电流法测试葡萄糖传感器电极的电化学性能,研究其对葡萄糖的电催化氧化活性。实验结果表明:基于高熵氧化物构建的无酶葡萄糖传感器对葡萄糖检测线性范围宽(0.4~10 mmol/L,R2可达到0.9963),检测灵敏度高(可达到3.11μA·mmol·L^(-1)·cm^(-2)),而且对血液中葡萄糖共存物质表现出良好的抗干扰性能,表明高熵化合物在无酶葡萄糖传感器开发中具有潜在的应用价值。It is of great significance for the rapid and effective detection of glucose in medical diagnosis,food quality monitoring,environmental monitoring,and other related fields.three high-entropy compounds(highentropy hydroxides,high-entropy oxides,and high-entropy sulfides)were prepared using a combination of solvothermal and calcination methods for enzyme-free glucose sensors.The structures and morphologies were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The electrochemical performance of the glucose sensor electrodes was tested using cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry to study their electrocatalytic oxidation activity towards glucose.Experimental results show that the enzyme-free glucose sensor based on high-entropy oxides has a wide linear range for glucose detection(0.4-10 mmol/L,with an R2 value of up to 0.9963),high detection sensitivity(up to 3.11μA·mmol·L^(-1)·cm^(-2)),and excellent anti-interference performance towards coexisting substances in blood glucose,indicating the potential application of high-entropy compounds in the development of enzyme-free glucose sensors.
