摘 要:氢能具有零污染、来源广、效率高等特点,氢燃料空气压缩机一般为高速永磁同步电机,是未来新能源汽车发展的重要方向。通常情况下空气压缩机的转速都相对较高,电机的传感器在高速工况下获得的信号不够精确。本文提出了一种基于d轴电压误差补偿法的有效磁链法无传感器控制算法,设计了一款针对氢燃料空气压缩机的电机控制器,建立了有效磁链模型以及锁相环模型估计电机转子位置,提出了d轴电压补偿法对估计的转子位置结果进一步优化,采用三段式启动策略设计控制器的硬件结构(包括主控芯片、驱动芯片以及外围电路等),并对该控制器的基本性能和稳定性进行了测试验证,结果表明:该控制器在77kHz载频下可以将电机转速提高至150kr/min,启动时间0.9s,加速到最高转速耗时1.44s,控制器结构简单,鲁棒性强。Hydrogen energy has the characteristics of zero pollution,wide source and high efficiency,and hydrogen fuel air compressors are generally high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors,which is an important direction for the development of new energy vehicles in the future.Under normal circumstances,the speed of the air compressor is relatively high,and the signal obtained by the sensor of the motor is not accurate enough under high-speed conditions.In this paper,an effective flux method sensorless control algorithm based on d-axis voltage error compensation method is proposed,and a motor controller for hydrogen-fueled air compressor is designed.The effective flux linkage model and phase-locked loop model are established to estimate the rotor position of the motor,The d-axis voltage compensation method is proposed to further optimize the estimated rotor position.adopt three-stage starting strategy.The hardware structure of the controller is designed,including the main control chip,the driver chip and the peripheral circuit.The basic performance and stability of the controller are tested and verified.The results show that the controller can increase the motor speed to 150krpm at 77kHz carrier frequency,the start time is 0.9s,and the acceleration time to the maximum speed is 1.44s.The controller has simple structure and strong robustness.
