摘  要:可逆式水泵水轮机是商用的大型储能设备,是抽水蓄能电站的核心装置。机组的安全性和稳定性一直备受关注,其运行中的不稳定性常与内部流动机理密切相关,由于复杂的流体运动包含的绝大多数信息存在于高维数据中,如何准确提取复杂流场中的流动结构,以及深入研究其内在机理,仍然面临一定困难。本文引入本征正交分解(Proper Orthogonal Decomposition,POD)和动态模态分解(Dynamic Mode Decomposition,DMD)两种流场模态分解方法对水轮机工况下瞬态复杂流场进行重构,以低维的形式研究流场结构特性。结果表明两种方法都能够较好地还原流场的主要特征,验证了流场模态分解方法对复杂流场实现降阶重构的可行性。Reversible pump-turbines are large commercial energy storage devices and the core units of pumped-storage power stations.The safety and stability of these units have always been of great concern,as their operational instability is often closely related to the internal flow mechanisms.Due to the high-dimensional nature of most information contained in the complex fluid motion,accurately extracting flow structures from complex flow fields and thoroughly investigating their intrinsic mechanisms remains challenging.This paper introduces two modal decomposition methods,Proper Orthogonal Decomposition(POD)and Dynamic Mode Decomposition(DMD),to reconstruct transient complex flow fields under turbine operating conditions and study the flow field structure characteristics in a low-dimensional form.The results show that both methods can effectively capture the main features of the flow field,validating the feasibility of using flow field modal decomposition methods for reduced-order reconstruction of complex flow fields.
