摘 要:H桥模块(单相变流器)作为级联储能变流器的基本单元,其固有功率变换特性会导致直流侧产生大量纹波电流,严重威胁交流侧电能质量和储能电池寿命。文中在全面分析纹波电流产生机理的基础上,提出一种基于串-并联滤波器的级联H桥变流器协同抑制方案,有效提高直流侧电流质量。通过分析无源参数的阻抗特点,给出了双LC滤波器参数配置方案,使所提滤波器既能吸收二倍频纹波电流,又能吸收高频纹波电流。同时,提出一种改进的三次谐波注入法,进一步减小直流侧纹波电流。最后,仿真和实验结果验证了所提方案的有效性。As the basic unit of the cascaded energy storage converter,the H-bridge module(single-phase converter)has inherent power conversion characteristics,causing a large amount of ripple current on the DC side,which in turn seriously threatens the power quality on the AC side and the lifetime of the energy storage battery.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the ripple current generation mechanism,this paper proposes a cooperative suppression scheme for the cascaded H-bridge converter based on seriesparallel filters to significantly improve the current quality on the DC side.By analyzing the impedance characteristics of the passive parameters,the parameter configuration scheme of the dual LC filter is given,so that the proposed filter can absorb both the double-power-frequency ripple current and the high-frequency ripple current.Simultaneously,an improved third harmonic injection method is proposed to reduce the DC-side ripple current.Finally,simulation and experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
