摘 要:由于钢筋套筒内部结构复杂,装配式建筑钢筋套筒的灌浆施工质量,目前依然缺乏简便、有效的检测识别技术。基于振动法的结构缺陷检测技术,虽然检测过程简单、方便,但由于钢筋套筒内部结构复杂,难以从时频域上对套筒内的灌浆缺陷进行检测。本文通过振动测试试验,探究了套筒振动响应信号分形盒维数数值与套筒灌浆缺陷之间的关系。试验结果显示,不同的激振和振动测试位置会显著影响同一套筒的振动响应信号盒维数的大小;通过在套筒出浆口激振并在进浆口进行测试的方法,可以依据盒维数的大小初步判断套筒内灌浆是否饱满。然而,对于更精细的灌浆缺陷大小检测,尚需进一步的研究与探索。Due to the complex internal structure of steel bar sleeves,.there is still a lack of simple and effective detection and identification technology for the grouting construction quality of steel bar sleeves in prefabricated buildings.Although the structural defect detection technology based on the vibration method has a simple and convenient detection process,due to the complex internal structure of steel bar sleeves,it is difficult to detect the grouting defects in the sleeve in the time-frequency domain.Through vibration test experiments,this paper explores the relationship between the fractal box dimension value of the sleeve vibration response signal and the sleeve grouting defect.The test results show that different excitation and vibration test positions will significantly affect the size of the vibration response signal box dimension of the same sleeve.By using the method of exciting at the sleeve grout outlet and testing at the grout inlet,it is possible to preliminarily judge whether the grouting in the sleeve is full according to the size of the box dimension.However,for more refined detection of grouting defect sizes,further research and exploration are still needed.
