摘 要:水泥凝结时间的检测耗时较长且操作繁琐,传统人工检测的方法已难以满足大批量检测需求,以自动化设备代替人工检测已经成为了当前工程检测行业发展的大趋势。本文详细介绍了水泥凝结时间自动测定仪的工作原理,并对其测试结果的准确性和不确定度进行分析。结果表明,该水泥凝结时间自动测定仪的应用实现了水泥凝结时间的自动化检测,测试结果的相对扩展不确定度为1.53%,准确性、稳定性和实用性较高。The detection of cement setting time is time-consuming and cumbersome to operate.Traditional manual detection methods are no longer able to meet the needs of large-scale detection.Replacing manual detection with automated equipment has become a major trend in the current development of the engineering detection industry.In this paper,the working principle of an automatic measuring instrument for cement setting time is introduced in detail.The accuracy and uncertainty of the measurement results were analyzed.The results showed that the relative extended uncertainty of the measuring result is 1.53%,which well proved high accuracy and stability of this instrument in practical applications.
