摘 要:近年来配电10 kV电缆系统以其高可靠性、地下敷设等特点,在城市电网建设中得到了广泛应用。针对一起某10 kV电缆中间接头进水受潮异常导致的电缆主绝缘爬电缺陷,通过绝缘电阻测量、串联谐振耐压试验、超低频介损试验和LIRA线性宽频阻抗谱试验等进行诊断性分析,确定缺陷原因为电缆中间接头密封不良导致进水受潮,进而引起主绝缘沿面爬电缺陷。为避免此类缺陷的发生,提出了严格电缆中间接头质量管控及做好电缆运行环境治理等后续处理建议与措施。In recent years,the distribution 10 kV cable system has been widely used in the construction of urban power grids because of its high reliability and underground laying.Aiming at the main insulation creepage defect of a 10 kV cable caused by abnormal wa-ter and moisture in the middle connector,the diagnostic analysis was carried out by measuring insulation resistance,series resonance withstand voltage test,ultra-low frequency dielectric loss test and LIRA linear wide impedance spectrum test,then,it is determined that the cause of the defect is water moisture caused by poor sealing of the middle connector of the cable,which leads to the creepage defect of the main insulation along the surface.Thus,in order to avoid the occurrence of such defects,the following suggestions and measures are put forward,such as strict quality control of cable intermediate joints and good environmental management of cable op-eration.
