数字人文平台的功能定位与服务策略研究

摘　　要：研究数字人文平台的功能定位,分析具体平台的服务功能与服务方式,对制定平台服务策略、提升平台服务水平具有重要意义。明确数字人文平台概念的内涵外延,全面梳理数字人文平台的服务功能,系统分析平台在提供研究支持、展示研究成果与沟通研究人员方面的具体做法,归纳总结平台的服务特点以及相对薄弱之处,提出优化平台服务可采用的策略。图书馆可从资源建设、技术服务或管理机制角度切入,使数字人文平台能够充分展现机构特色、满足研究人员需求,在此基础上逐步完善平台的服务功能与服务方式,也可作为合作方提供经验支持。Studying the functional positions of digital humanities platforms,and analyzing the service functions and methods of specific platforms,is crucial for formulating service strategies and improving service levels of digital humanities platforms.The study clearly clarified the definition of digital humani⁃ties platforms,comprehensively summarized the service functions of digital humanities platforms,and systematically analyzed the practices of digital humanities platforms in providing research resources,displaying research outcomes,and facilitating communication among researchers.The study also sum⁃marized the features and weaknesses of the services provided by digital humanities platforms,and pro⁃posed strategies that can be adopted to improve these services.Libraries can start from the perspectives of resource construction,technical service or management mechanism,and enable digital humanities platforms to fully demonstrate their features and meet the needs of researchers.Based on this,the serv⁃ice functions and methods of the platforms can be gradually improved.Libraries can also serve as part⁃ners to provide experiential support.
