摘　　要：党建培训是提高国有企业党建工作质量的有效方法,是打造高素质党务干部队伍的重要方式。介绍了国企党校在党建培训考试系统建设方面的实践,通过开发线上考试系统,构建题库建设新模式,搭建党务知识试题库,实现了系统内大规模党建培训线上考核零的突破,以期为探索“互联网+”党建培训提出新思路及可借鉴推广的新模式。Party building training is an effective method to improve the quality of Party building work in state-owned enterprises and an important way to build a high-quality cadre team for Party affairs.This article introduces the vivid practices of the state-owned enterprise Party school in the construction of the Party building training and examination system.By developing an online examination system and building a new model of question bank buildup,it has established a Party affairs knowledge question bank and achieved a breakthrough in large-scale online examination of Party building training within the system,with a view to provide new ideas for exploring the"Internet+"Party building training and a new model that can be referenced and promoted.
