摘　　要：柑桔黄脉病是近年在国内外快速传播、扩散的一种新病毒病害,可侵染多个柑桔种类,其中,柠檬和酸橙对该病高度敏感,相应的产业损失巨大。系统梳理了柑桔黄脉病的研究进展,重点综述了该病的发生与分布、病原基因组功能与特征、检测技术、传播途径、分子变异等,旨在为深入研究和防控柑桔黄脉病提供参考。Citrus yellow vein clearing virus(CYVCV),a rapidly spread novel viral disease domestically and internationally in recent years,infects multiple citrus species.Among them,Citrus limon and C.aurantium are highly susceptible,resulting in substantial losses of the production.This paper systematically reviewed the research progress on CYVCV,with a focus on its occurrence and distribution,the functions and characteristics of the pathogen’s genome,detection techniques,transmission routes,and molecular variations,to provide a reference for further research and the prevention and control of CYVCV.
