摘 要:针对农业温室夏季高温影响植物生长、运行能耗高等问题,提出了一种利用新型光谱选择性降温膜来实现温室降温的方法。该降温膜具有较高可见光透过率和较低的太阳光透射率,从而在确保薄膜满足植物生长的同时,减少太阳得热,降低室内温度。测试及模拟结果表明:在大型温室上应用该降温膜,在完全封闭的情况下,温室内温度较对照温室最高可降低8.4℃;通风可有效降低温室内温度,在相近的室内温度条件下,应用降温膜可有效减少通风量,模拟工况下通风次数可由8次/h减少至4次/h,从而降低了通风设备能耗。In response to the problems of high temperature affecting plant growth and high operating energy consumption in agricultural greenhouses during summer,a new method of using spectral selection cooling film to achieve greenhouse cooling was proposed.This cooling film has a high visible light transmittance and a low solar transmittance,thereby ensuring that the film meets the needs of plant growth while reducing solar heat gain and lowering indoor temperature.The test and simulation results showed that the application of this cooling film on a large greenhouse could reduce the temperature inside the greenhouse by up to 8.4℃compared with the control greenhouse under completely enclosed conditions.Ventilation could effectively reduce the temperature inside the greenhouse.Under similar indoor temperature conditions,the application of cooling film could effectively reduce the ventilation volume.Under simulated conditions,the ventilation frequency could be reduced from 8 times/h to 4 times/h,thereby reducing the energy consumption of ventilation equipment.
