摘 要:矿用设备在采矿和加工过程中发挥着关键作用,其结构件的强度和寿命直接影响设备的安全性和可靠性。焊接在矿用设备的制造和维修过程中得到了广泛应用,然而焊接过程中不可避免地会产生残余应力,会对设备的疲劳强度、尺寸稳定性以及应力腐蚀性能等造成不同程度的影响。因此,深入分析矿用设备焊接残余应力,探讨焊接残余应力的分类及产生原因、影响以及控制措施等,提出焊接残余应力的消除方法,为矿用设备的焊接质量提供可靠保障。Mining equipment plays a key role in the mining and processing process,and the strength and life of its structural parts directly affect the safety and reliability of the equipment.Welding has been widely used in the manufacturing and maintenance process of mining equipment.However,residual stresses will inevitably occur in the welding process,and these residual stresses will have different effects on the fatigue strength,dimensional stability and stress corrosion performance of the equipment.This paper analyzes the welding residual stress of mining equipment in depth,and discusses the classification,causes,influence and control measures of welding residual stress,and puts forward the elimination method of welding residual stress to provide reliable guarantee for the welding quality of mining equipment.
