摘  要:近年来,矿山生产过程中的机械化、智能化、信息化水平不断提高。将数字通信技术应用于煤矿开采,成为智能绿色矿山建设的必由之路。一些网络基础较好的矿山已经开始应用远程控制智能无轨设备。要想实现这些设备的远程控制,必须要确保网络信号的稳定传输。基于此,设计一种地下电动无轨设备的有线网络传输结构,将网络线缆与动力线缆相结合,利用网络滑环、滚筒实现通信线路的搭建,同时在动力线缆上增加屏蔽层、抗拉钢丝等,以增强线缆的抗干扰能力并延长其使用寿命。该结构在一定程度上减少了新建采场搭建网络信号覆盖的工作量,为有线无轨车辆的网络信号传输提供了一种新的解决方案。In recent years,the level of mechanization,intelligence and information technology in the mine production process has been continuously improved.The application of digital communication technology in coal mining has become the only way for the construction of intelligent and green mines.Some mines with good network foundation have begun to apply remote control intelligent trackless equipment.In order to realize the remote control of these devices,it is necessary to ensure the stable transmission of network signals.Based on this,a wired network transmission structure of underground electric trackless equipment is designed.The network cable and power cable are combined,and the communication line is built by using network slip ring and roller.At the same time,shielding layer and tensile steel wire are added to the power cable to improve the anti-interference ability and service life of the cable.This structure reduces the workload of network signal coverage in new stopes to a certain extent,and provides a new solution for network signal transmission of wired trackless vehicles.
