摘  要:为研究虹吸轴流泵启动过程中的瞬态特性,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对虹吸轴流泵在不同加速场景下的启动性能进行数值模拟。结果表明:真空破坏阀打开工况下的压强变化趋势与真空破坏阀关闭工况下的一致,均呈先上升后下降趋势;虽然真空破坏阀开启和关闭工况下,叶轮轴向力变化趋势一致,但真空破坏阀打开工况下的最大轴向力小于关闭工况下的最大轴向力。这说明与真空破坏阀打开工况相比,真空破坏阀关闭工况的加速度较大,会出现较强的不稳定流现象。In order to study the transient characteristics of siphon axial flow pump during start-up,ANSYS Workbench software is used to numerically simulate the start-up performance of siphon axial flow pump under different acceleration scenarios.The results show that the pressure variation trend under the vacuum failure valve opening condition is the same as that under the vacuum failure valve closing condition,and the pressure increases first and then decreases.Although the axial force variation trend of the blade wheel is the same when the vacuum failure valve is open and closed,the maximum axial force under the vacuum failure valve is smaller than that under the closed condition.This shows that compared with the open condition of the vacuum failure valve,the acceleration of the vacuum failure valve is larger in the closed condition,which will lead to stronger unstable flow phenomenon.
