摘 要:以某电厂超超临界发电机组的水氢氢冷发电机为研究对象。机组运行约2个月后发现发电机主出线盒检漏仪有油漏出,解体检查后发现密封瓦内油挡与轴径间隙过大,密封瓦尺寸超差是漏油的主要原因。通过调整密封支座内油挡间隙及更换新密封瓦,彻底解决了发电机组膛内漏油状况。问题的分析与处理可为该类故障处理提供参考。This thesis focuses on the water-hydrogen-hydrogen cooled generator of an ultra-supercritical generating unit in a power plant.After about 2 months of operation,oil was detected in the leak detector of the generator's main outlet box.Upon disassembly and inspection,it was found that the excessive clearance between the inner oil baffle of the seal ring and the shaft diameter,as well as the dimensional deviation of the seal ring,were the main causes of the oil leakage.By adjusting the clearance of the inner oil baffle in the seal support and replacing the seal ring with a new one,the problem of oil leakage within the generator casing was completely resolved.The analysis and treatment of this issue can provide a reference for handling similar faults.
