摘  要:建筑陶瓷在建筑、装饰和家居等领域应用广泛。随着材料科学的发展,创新技术不断涌现。陶瓷喷墨打印技术是一种非接触式的数字印刷技术,可以显著提升陶瓷表面装饰效果,简化装饰工艺,提升生产效率。陶瓷墨水是陶瓷喷墨打印的核心材料,其稳定性对喷墨打印过程和最终产品质量影响巨大。对陶瓷墨水组成,影响稳定性的主要因素以及提高稳定性的改进措施等方面的研究进展进行综述,期望为陶瓷墨水的进一步优化提供理论依据和技术支持。Architectural ceramics are widely used in the fields of architecture,decoration and home furnishing.With the development of material science,innovative technologies are constantly emerging.Ceramic inkjet printing technology is a non-contact digital printing technology,which can significantly improve the decorative effect of ceramic surface,simplify the decorative process,and improve production efficiency.Ceramic ink is the core material of ceramic inkjet printing,and its stability has a great impact on the inkjet printing process and the final product quality.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress on the formulation of ceramic ink,the main factors affecting their stability and the improvement measures to improve stability,hoping to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the further optimization of ceramic ink.
