摘 要:设计了一种用于汽车悬架中产生负刚度的磁力弹簧,建立模型并进行仿真。结果表明:在保证系统总刚度大于0 N·mm^(-1)的前提下,负刚度磁力弹簧偏移精度约为5 mm,以5 Hz的频率调谐精度,范围为1.83~1.93 mm,最小偏移量约为2.533 mm;磁力弹簧的非线性特性能够缩小悬架共振区间,增加悬架隔振效果,且随着非线性程度加深,隔振性能呈非线性增加。A magnetic spring for generating negative stiffness in automobile suspension was designed,and a simulation model was established.The simulation results show that under the premise that the to-tal stiffness of suspension system is greater than 0 N·mm^(-1),the offset accuracy of the magnetic spring with negative stiffness is about 5 mm,and the tuning accuracy at a frequency of 5 Hz ranges from 1.83 to 1.93 mm;the minimum offset is about 2.533 mm.The nonlinear characteristics of magnetic spring can reduce the resonance interval of suspension and increase the vibration isolation effect of suspen-sion,and its vibration isolation performance increases nonlinearly as the nonlinearity degree intensifies.
