摘 要:随着社会经济的发展,灌区肩负的责任越来越重要,对灌区灌溉功能健康状况进行评价,有助于了解灌区在抗旱保灌方面发挥的效益及存在的突出问题。以永丰县6座中型灌区为研究对象,构建了灌区灌溉功能健康评价体系,通过熵权法得到指标权重,并采用模糊综合评价法对6个灌区健康状况进行评价。结果表明:永丰县6个中型灌区灌溉功能健康状况均在一般及以上。灌溉保证率权重值最大,为0.216,工程技术人员能力权重值最小,为0.085。根据隶属度计算结果,各灌区下一步需要加强工程技术人员能力,培养强化工程维养管理水平,而综合评价得分最低的白水门灌区则需要提升骨干渠道建设。本研究结果可为当地灌区管理和建设提供参考。With the development of social and economic activities,the responsibilities of irrigation districts have become increasingly obvious and important.Conducting the health evaluation of irrigation functions in irrigation districts can help understand the benefits and outstanding problems that the districts have played in drought prevention and water supply.Taking 6 medium-sized irrigation districts in Yongfeng County as the research object,this paper constructs an evaluation system for the health of irrigation functions in irrigation districts.The indicator weights are obtained by using the entropy weighting method,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the health status of the 6 irrigation districts.The results show that the health status of the 6 medium-sized irrigation districts in Yongfeng County is generally average or above.The weight value of the irrigation guarantee rate is the largest,at 0.216,while the weight value of the engineering personnel ability is the smallest,at 0.085.According to the membership degree calculation results,each irrigation district needs to strengthen the capabilities and level of engineering personnel and engineering maintenance work.The Baishuimen Irrigation District,which has the lowest comprehensive evaluation score,needs to improve the construction of the main channel.The research results can provide reference for the management and construction of irrigation districts in the local area.
