摘　　要：某既有建筑结构原设计为地上一层框架结构,无地下室,采用干作业机械成孔灌注桩基础,现因建设单位使用功能需求,需将原建筑下挖并将桩基改为框架柱使用后增设1层地下室。文章主要对该工程下挖增设地下室改造加固设计的主要方法及加固施工中的注意事项进行了论述。The existing building structure was originally designed as a one-story frame structure on the ground without basement,and the foundation of cast-in piles with dry operation machinery was adopted.Now due to the functional requirements of the users,it is necessary to change the pile foundations into frame columns for another basement to use.This paper mainly discusses the main methods of transformation and strengthening design and the points for attention in the construction.
