城市更新下文物建筑群平移关键技术

摘　　要：以上海市淮海社区069-1、071-1街坊文物建筑群平移项目为工程背景,周边紧邻地铁和超高层等高度敏感结构和建筑。面对场地空间狭小、托换难度大、周期跨度长、保护级别高的特殊工况,从城市更新中文物建筑群的保护出发,提出了多次“华容道式”平移施工技术,分为4个阶段组织实施,这种以“分阶段、分步骤对文物建筑进行平移,逐块开发,再行回迁归位”的方案,使得在局促的空间、高难度的文物建筑保护前提下,完成了地下空间的更新。实践表明:此技术使文物建筑本征价值不受影响、文物建筑群原址区域围护及基坑施工不受限制、往复移位不占绝对工期,实现了文物建筑保护、经济和工期的三赢。The project is based on the Huaihai Community 069-1,071-1 neighborhood heritage buildings translation project in Shanghai,which is adjacent to highly sensitive structures and buildings such as subway and super high-rise buildings.Facing the special conditions of narrow site space,difficult underpinning,long cycle span and high protection level,from the protection of cultural relics buildings in urban renewal,this paper puts forward the multi-time Huarong Road translation construction technology.It is divided into four stages to organize and implement.This plan of moving the cultural relics in stages and steps,developing them piece by piece,and then moving them back to their original positions has completed the renovation of the underground space under the premise of limited space and high difficulty in protecting the cultural relics.The practice shows that the intrinsic value of the heritage building is not affected,the retaining and foundation pit construction in the original site area of the heritage building group is not restricted,and the reciprocating movement does not occupy the absolute time limit,so that the triple win of the protection of the heritage building,the economy and the time limit is realized.
