摘 要:为了探究分布磁路法对同步发电机径向电磁力波的影响,以一台隐极整流同步发电机为研究对象,通过分析电磁结构参数与电磁力波特性间的内在关系,使用分布磁路法实现对电磁力波的优化。对比有限元仿真结果表明:18倍频36阶的转子一阶齿谐波力波对电机的中高频振动影响较大,明确了气隙长度、槽口宽度变化对径向电磁力波的影响;解析计算结果与有限元结果吻合较好,且精确度较高,计算时间大幅缩短,从而验证了分布磁路法的有效性,为下一步发电机电磁振动优化提供了设计指导原则。In order to explore the influence of the distributed magnetic circuit method on the radial e-lectromagnetic force wave of synchronous generators,a non-salient pole rectifier synchronous genera-tor was taken as the research object.By analyzing the internal relationship between electromagnetic structure parameters and electromagnetic force wave characteristics,the distributed magnetic circuit method was used to optimize the electromagnetic force wave.The comparison of finite element simula-tion results shows that the rotor first-order tooth harmonic force wave of 18 times frequency and 36 orders has a greater influence on the medium and high frequency vibration of the motor.And the in-fluence of changes in air gap length and slot opening width on the radial electromagnetic force wave is clarified,analytical calculation results are in good agreement with the finite element results with high accuracy,and the calculation time is significantly reduced,thus verifying the effectiveness of the dis-tributed magnetic circuit method,which provids design guidance principles for generator electromag-netic vibration optimization.
