摘 要:为实现电磁发射双向交变后坐力的缓冲,提出了一种基于油气弹簧与双向阻尼器的组合式缓冲装置,建立了缓冲装置的系统动力学模型,并结合电磁发射后坐力的特点,分析了系统等效刚度和双向阻尼比等动力学参数对装置缓冲性能的影响,提出了装置的优化设计方法。结果表明:该装置的缓冲性能与系统双向阻尼比和等效刚度等参数密切相关,当双向阻尼比相同时,电机定子的最大位移和粘滞阻尼力均出现在向上方向,且仅改变装置阻尼比和等效刚度无法实现缓冲性能的多目标最优;通过减小向上阻尼比和增大阻尼器的吸能密度等优化方法,使装置的各项性能指标和动态响应均有了较大的改善,满足电磁发射大载荷瞬时交变力的缓冲需求。该研究结果可为电磁发射反双向后坐技术研究提供一定的指导。To realize the buffering of electromagnetic launch bidirectional recoil force,a combined buffer device composed of oil-gas spring and bidirectional variable dampers was proposed.The inte-grated dynamics model of the device was built.Combined with the characteristics of electromagnetic launch recoil,the effects of system equivalent stiffness and bidirectional damping ratios on the buffer performance was analyzed,and the optimal design method of the device was developed.The results show that the buffer performance of the device is closely related to the bidirectional damping ratios and equivalent stiffness of the system,i.e.,when the bidirectional damping ratios are equal,the maxi-mum displacement and viscous damping force of the motor stator all appear in the upward direction,that the multi-objective optimization of the buffer performance cannot be achieved only by changing the damping ratios and equivalent stiffness of the device,and that by reducing the upward damping ra-tio and increasing the energy absorption density of the damper,the performance indicators and dyna mic response of the device have been greatly improved and thus meeting the buffering requirements of transient alternating impact force of the electromagnetic launch.The research results provide some guidance for the research of electromagnetic launch anti-recoil technology.
