摘 要:随着商业航天的蓬勃发展,商业卫星发展趋于微小化、低成本、多功能的趋势。其中星载数传天线系统的优劣直接决定了卫星测控能力和通信水平。针对商业航天小卫星的设计需求,设计了一款单臂框架、单压紧点的新型天线指向机构,并基于有限元模态分析结果进行了优化改进,将机构仿真基频由63.2Hz提高至86.1Hz,增大了36.2%,使得该指向机构具有轻量化、小型化、低成本、高刚度、高强度和高可靠性等一系列特点。为验证该机构的力学性能对指向机构样机开展了鉴定级振动试验。结果表明:机构基频约为85Hz,与仿真结果误差仅为1.29%。同时,样机预复振响应曲线重复性良好,经目视检查,机构未出现损伤,证明了机构的稳定性和可靠性。With the remarkable development of commercial aerospace industry,the commercial satellites tend to be small,low-cost and multi-function.The quality of satellite-borne data transmission antenna system directly determines the measurement,control and communication capability of a satellite.Aiming at the design requirements of commercial small satellites,a new antenna pointing mechanism with single arm frame and single compression point is designed.Further,based on the results of finite element modal analysis,the optimization design is carried out.After the optimization,the fundamental frequency of the mechanism is increased by 36.2%,from 63.2 Hz to 86.1 Hz.The pointing mechanism has a series of characteristics such as lightweight,miniaturization,low cost,high stiffness,high strength and high reliability.In order to verify the mechanical properties of the mechanism,the identification level vibration tests were carried out on the prototype of the pointing mechanism.The test results show that the fundamental frequency of the mechanism is about 85 Hz,the error is only 1.29%compared with the simulation results.At the same time,the response curve of the prototype in the before and after vibration tests have good repeatability,while the mechanism has no damage after visual inspection,which proves the stability and reliability of the mechanism.
