摘 要:机场道面是典型的薄壳结构,容易出现由温度应力引起的断裂破坏,尤其在早期硬化过程中受到外部辐射、空气对流换热等环境因素的影响,自身水泥不断水化放热使道面结构温度场变化迅速,在浇筑道面板早期,水泥混凝土板的强度还未完全形成,更容易使道面板受到初始损伤。以南部某新建机场跑道为例,通过模拟混凝土水化生热和道面表面热交换计算水泥混凝土道面板28 d的应力历史,分析水泥混凝土道面早期的温度应力状态,为机场道面建设养护提供参考依据。Airport pavement is a typical thin shell structure,which is prone to fracture damage caused by temperature stress.Especially in the early hardening process,it is affected by external radiation,and air convection heat transfer,etc.The continuous hydration and heat release of cement itself makes the temperature field of pavement structure change rapidly,and the strength of cement concrete slab in the early stage of pouring pavement slab has not been fully formed,which makes it easier for pavement slab to receive initial damage in the early stage.Through taking the runway of a new airport in southern China as an example,the study calculates the 28-day stress history of cement concrete pavement by simulating the hydration heat of concrete and the heat exchange of pavement surface,and analyzes the early temperature stress state of cement concrete pavement,so as to provide reference for airport pavement construction and maintenance.
