摘　　要：分析了大数据在科技管理中的作用,指出了大数据应用于科技管理中存在的问题,提出整合多方资源,构建“1+N”科技服务综合体系,打造集中建设、分级管理的大数据服务平台,通过培训提高科技管理人员的大数据应用能力,完善数据安全保障体系,加强数据共享与隐私保护,以充分利用大数据技术为科技管理提供服务与支撑。The study analyzes the role of big data in science and technology management,and points out the problems in the application of big data in science and technology management.It is suggested to integrate multi-party resources,construct“1+N”science and technology service comprehensive system,build a big data service platform with centralized construction and hierarchical management,improve the big data application ability of science and technology managers through training,improve the data security system,enhance data sharing and privacy protection,and make full use of big data technology,so as to provide services and support for science and technology management.
