摘 要:随着“双碳”目标的实施和我国光伏发电产业的迅猛发展,配电网电压越限问题越来越突出。针对高比例分布式光伏接入背景下的配电网电压调控方法开展了系统性的综述工作,旨在为解决新型配电网电压越限问题提供一定的参考。首先,从潮流、谐波和不平衡3个方面系统性总结了配电网电压越限机理;其次,针对不同的电压越限原因梳理分析总结了对应的电压调控措施以及多设备协同治理方法;最后,从经济性和可靠性等方面对各种调压方法进行了分析总结,并从柔性接入、多功能性和协同控制性方面进行了展望。With the implementation of the“double carbon”target and the rapid development of China’s photovoltaic(PV)power generation industry,the problem of voltage overrun in distribution networks is becoming more and more prominent.This paper conducts a systematic review of distribution network voltage regulation methods in the context of high proportion of distributed photovoltaic(PV)integration,aiming to provide a certain reference for solving the voltage overrun problem in new distribution network.Firstly,the mechanism of the distribution network voltage overrun is systematically summarized in terms of current,harmonics and unbalance.Then the corresponding voltage regulation measures and multi-device cooperative control methods are analyzed and summarized according to the different causes of the voltage overrun.Finally,the various regulation methods are analyzed and summarized in terms of economy and reliability,and the prospect is made for flexible grid-connection,multifunctionality,and cooperative control.
