摘 要:传统的配电网新型负荷最大承载力定值评估受外部不确定性因素影响显著。新型负荷最大承载力区间由乐观上界和悲观下界构成。为此,提出了区间评估方法。首先对新型负荷进行建模。针对区间上界,采用计及多种系统安全运行约束的确定性模型进行刻画;为描述区间下界,构建融合电动汽车充电负荷不确定性、温控负荷聚合功率不确定性和灵活资源调度不确定性的双层鲁棒模型,引入不确定性预算调节约束实现3种不确定性因素的融合。然后,依据对偶原理和大M法将双层模型重构为混合整数线性规划问题进行求解。最后,通过135节点配电系统的仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。The traditional assessment of the fixed maximum load hosting capacity of new load in distribution networks is significantly affected by external uncertainties.The maximum new load hosting capacity interval consists of an optimistic upper bound and a pessimistic lower bound.For this reason,the paper proposes the interval assessment method.Firstly,the novel load is modelled.For the upper boundary,a deterministic model that takes into account various system safety operation constraints is used to portray the upper boundary.In order to describe the lower boundary,a bi-level robust model that integrates the uncertainties of EV charging load,aggregated temperature-controlled load power,and flexible resource scheduling is constructed,and the uncertainty budget adjustment constraints are introduced to achieve the integration of the three kinds of uncertainty factors.Then the bi-level model is reconstructed into a mixed-integer linear programming problem to solve based on the duality principle and the large M method.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation results of a 135-node distribution system.
