摘 要:为应对高比例新能源接入和直流负荷增长的运行控制问题,研究故障模式下交直流复杂配电网故障恢复重构策略,建立了孤岛形成与网络重构同时优化的双层多目标模型。上层以孤岛内负荷恢复量最多为单目标,下层以配电网故障重构后总恢复量最大、运行可靠性最高和成本最优的多目标。针对双层多目标的交互、高维和非线性特征,基于拓扑结构生成候选解集,并采用CPLEX和改进烟花算法结合求解。算例仿真表明,模型可提升新能源消纳和负荷恢复量,求解方法提升优化效率。To address the operational control issues arising from the high penetration of renewable energy integration and DC load growth,the paper conducts a study on fault recovery and reconfiguration strategy for AC/DC complex distribution networks under fault conditions.A bi-level multi-objective model is established with both the optimization of islanding and network reconfiguration.In the upper model,the maximum load recovery within the island is optimized.In the lower model,a multi-objective optimization is implemented including the maximal total load recovery after the distribution network fault reconstruction,the highest operational reliability,and minimum costs.Aiming at the bi-level multi-objective interaction,high dimension,nonlinear characteristics,candidate solution set is given by the analysis of the network topological structure.CPLEX and the improved fireworks algorithm are employed to solve them.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed model can enhance the renewable energy integration and load recovery,and the solution method can improve optimization efficiency.
