摘　　要：Last October,the leaders of China and the 10 ASEAN member states announced a substantial conclusion of negotiations on an upgraded version of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area(CAFTA 3.0).The negotiation teams formulated a work plan for an upgraded protocol to be signed and expedited follow-up work in preparation for an official signing in 2025.
