摘　　要：Recently, I participatedin a commemorationof Confucius’ 2575thbirthday in Quzhou City,Zhejiang Province. Mydelegation included professors,teachers, and students from theCommunication University ofChina (CUC) as well as both localand foreign journalists. The twodaytrip to Quzhou offered memany insights into China’s pathto modernization.I realize there is still so muchmore for me to learn aboutChina’s path to modernization.From what I understand,Chinese modernization blendsglobal and local cultural norms,making modern China unique inthe world.
