夏枯草口服液联合抗分枝杆菌三联药物治疗慢性乳腺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察夏枯草口服液联合抗分枝杆菌三联药物治疗慢性乳腺炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月聊城市第二人民医院收治的慢性乳腺炎患者60例,通过随机抽签的方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规抗生素治疗,观察组给予夏枯草口服液联合抗分枝杆菌三联药物治疗,两组患者均治疗1个月。比较两组患者治疗前后的乳房疼痛视觉模拟法(VAS)评分、乳房肿块直径、血清炎症因子、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,观察组VAS评分及白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,乳房肿块直径短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:夏枯草口服液联合抗分枝杆菌三联药物可有效改善慢性乳腺炎患者的临床症状,减轻炎症反应,临床治疗效果显著且安全性良好,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiakucao oral liquid combined with triple antimycobacterial drugs in the treatment of chronic mastitis patients.Methods A total of 60 chronic mastitis patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random lottery,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional antibiotics treatment for 1 month.The observation group was given Xiakucao oral liquid combined with triple antimycobacterial drugs for 1 month.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of breast pain,the diameters of breast swelling,serum inflammatory factors,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The VAS scores,the diameters of breast swelling,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αlevels of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Xiakucao oral liquid combined with triple antimycobacterial drugs can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic mastitis,relieve inflammatory factors and improve clinical treatment effects and safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
