摘 要:目的探讨α-硫辛酸(ALA)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并骨质疏松(OP)患者骨代谢指标的影响。方法选择2021年12月—2023年12月本院内分泌科收治的106例T2DM合并OP患者作为研究对象,将入选患者随机分为对照组(50例)与治疗组(56例)两组。两组均给予降糖治疗,治疗组在降糖治疗的基础上给予ALA治疗。治疗4周后,比较两组治疗前后血脂、生化指标及骨代谢指标。对所收集数据进行统计学分析。结果在对照组中,与治疗前相比空腹血糖(FBG)与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)明显下降(P<0.05),Ⅰ型胶原氨基端肽(PINP)明显升高(P<0.05)。在治疗组中,与治疗前相比治疗后FBG、Hcy及细胞色素C(Cys-C)均明显下降(P<0.05),25-羟维生素D(25-OH-D)、PINP及骨钙素氨基端大片段(N-MID)均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论ALA可降低T2DM合并OP患者Hcy与Cys-C水平并升高25-OH-D、PINP及N-MID水平。Objective To investigate the effect of alpha-lipoic acid(ALA)on bone metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)combined with osteoporosis(OP).Methods A total of 106 T2DM patients with OP who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into a control group(50 cases)and a treatment group(56 cases).Both the treatment group and the control group were given hypoglycemic treatment,and the treatment group was given additional ALA treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,blood lipid,biochemical indexes,and bone metabolism indexes were compared before and after the treatment.The collected data were statistically analyzed.Results In the control group,fasting blood glucose(FBG)and homocysteine(Hcy)were significantly decreased(P<0.05)and propeptide of type I procollagen(PINP)was significantly increased(P<0.05)compared with before treatment.In the treatment group,FBG,Hcy,and Cystatin C(Cys-C)were significantly decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),while 25-OH-D,PINP,and molecular fragment of osteocalcin N-terminal(N-MID)were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusions ALA can decrease the levels of Hcy and Cys-C and increase the levels of 25-OH-D,PINP,and N-MID in OP patients with T2DM.
