摘　　要：目的探讨动漫视频联合肠道准备路径表对结肠镜检查患者平均住院时间、服药依从性、灌肠次数、肠道准备合格率的影响。方法根据纳入、排除标准,按住院时间顺序将2022年11月至2023年3月在该院消化内科住院进行结肠镜诊疗的150例肠息肉患者作为对照组,2023年4-8月在该院消化内科住院进行结肠镜诊疗的150例肠息肉患者作为观察组。对照组患者给予常规肠道准备指导,观察组患者采用动漫视频联合肠道准备路径表进行指导及健康宣教。采用平均住院时间、服药依从性、灌肠次数、肠道准备合格率作为评价指标,于出院时对2组进行效果评价,进行统计学分析。结果出院时,观察组患者平均住院时间短于对照组,灌肠次数少于对照组,服药依从性及肠道准备合格率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对结肠镜检查患者实施动漫视频联合肠道准备路径表进行肠道准备指导及健康宣教,可缩短患者住院时间,减少患者灌肠次数,提高患者的服药依从性及肠道准备合格率,从而改善患者的肠道准备质量,提高结肠镜检查的准确性与检查效率。Objective To investigate the impact of animated videos combined with a bowel preparation pathway chart on the average length of hospital stay,medication adherence,number of enemas,and bowel preparation adequacy rate among patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,150 patients with intestinal polyps who underwent colonoscopy for diagnosis and treatment during hospitalization from November 2022 to March 2023 were enrolled as the control group,and 150 patients with intestinal polyps who underwent colonoscopy during hospitalization from April to August 2023 were enrolled as the observation group.The control group received routine bowel preparation guidance,while the observation group received guidance and health education using animated videos combined with a bowel preparation pathway chart.The average length of hospital stay,medication adherence,number of enemas,and bowel preparation adequacy rate were used as evaluation indicators.The effects were evaluated and statistically analyzed for both groups at discharge.Results At discharge,the observation group had a shorter average length of hospital stay,fewer enemas,higher medication adherence,and a higher bowel preparation adequacy rate compared with the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of animated videos combined with a bowel preparation pathway chart for bowel preparation guidance and health education among patients undergoing colonoscopy can shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the number of enemas,improve medication adherence and bowel preparation adequacy rate,thereby improving the quality of bowel preparation and enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of colonoscopy.
