血府逐瘀汤联合西药疗法在心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛患者临床治疗中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨血府逐瘀汤联合西药疗法在心血瘀阻型冠心病(CHD)心绞痛患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选取烟台市蓬莱中医医院2020年7月—2023年8月收治的78例心血瘀阻型CHD心绞痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用血府逐瘀汤治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组的临床疗效、心绞痛情况、心功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组每分钟心输出量为(5.11±0.52)L/min、心排出量为(71.22±5.98)mL,均高于对照组的(4.61±0.38)L/min、(55.87±4.85)mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛发作持续时间为(3.11±0.18)min/次,短于对照组的(4.46±0.25)min/次,发作次数为(2.31±0.08)次/周,少于对照组的(3.58±0.22)次/周,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合西药疗法治疗心血瘀阻型CHD心绞痛患者效果显著,能够促进其心功能改善,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with heart blood stasis type.Methods Seventy-eight patients with CHD angina pectoris and blood blood stasis type admitted to Yantai Penglai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,angina pectoris,cardiac function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,whicn was higher than 76.92% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac output per minute(5.11±0.52)L/min and cardiac output per minute(71.22±5.98)mL in the observation group,which were higher than(4.61±0.38)L/min and(55.87±4.85)mL in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the duration of angina pectoris in the observation group was(3.11±0.18)min/times,which was shorter than(4.46±0.25)min/times in the control group,and the frequency of angina pectoris was(2.31±0.08)times/week,which was less than that in the control group(3.58±0.22)times/week,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine is effective in the treatment of CHD patients with blood blood stasis type,and can promote the improvement of their heart function with high safety.
