摘  要:为了探究丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层在高紫外辐射强度、温差大的环境中的老化行为,使用高低温-紫外人工加速老化的方法研究了水性与溶剂型丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层的老化过程,采用超景深显微镜、衰减全反射-傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(ATR-FTIR)、能谱仪(EDS)分析涂层表面微观形貌、分子结构、元素原子分数的变化,对涂层进行电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、水接触角、附着力、光泽度测试,研究了溶剂型与水性涂层在老化过程中性能的变化与老化规律。结果表明:水性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层体系出现开裂现象,溶剂型涂层则存在分层现象。2种涂层体系的光泽度、水接触角、附着力均下降较多。2种涂层体系的老化速率均呈先快后慢的趋势,并且速率转变拐点出现较早,红外光谱分析得出2种涂层体系的老化方式相似,EDS谱分析结果表明水性涂层的老化速率较快。此外,通过熵值法计算得到各性能指标的权重,得出该试验下的综合老化等级,验证了溶剂型丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层体系有着相对较好的耐候性。In order to investigate the aging behavior of acrylic polyurethane coatings in environments with high ultraviolet radiation intensity and large temperature differences,the aging processes of waterbased and solventbased acrylic polyurethane coatings were studied using UVhigh and lowtemperature artificial accelerated aging methods.Techniques such as super depthoffield imaging,attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATRFTIR)and energydispersive spectroscopy(EDS)were employed to analyze the changes in microscopic morphology,molecular structure and elemental atomic fraction on the surfaces of the coatings.The performance changes and aging patterns of solventbased and waterbased coatings during the aging process were examined through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),water contact angle measurements,adhesion strength tests and glossiness assessments.Results showed that the waterbased acrylic polyurethane coating system exhibited cracking,whereas the solventbased coating system exhibited layering.Both coatings experienced significant reductions in glossiness,water contact angle and adhesion strength.The aging rate of the two coating systems initially increased rapidly and then slowed down,with an early appearance of the rate transition inflection point.Infrared spectroscopy analysis indicated that both coatings shared similar aging mechanisms,while EDS analysis demonstrated a faster aging rate for the waterbased coating.Additionally,the weight of each performance index was calculated by entropy method,and the comprehensive aging grade under the test was obtained,which verified that the solvent based acrylic polyurethane coating system had relatively good weather resistance.
