自拟退热方穴位贴敷联合奥司他韦在儿童流行性感冒中的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟退热方穴位敷贴联合奥司他韦治疗儿童流行性感冒的临床效果。方法选择64例流行性感冒患儿作为研究对象,用随机数表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组给予奥司他韦颗粒治疗,观察组给予自拟退热方穴位敷贴+奥司他韦颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状消失时间及治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(NETU)变化情况。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的78.13%(P<0.05)。观察组发热消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、咽痛消失时间、鼻塞消失时间、头痛消失时间、乏力消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组CRP水平均降低,且观察组CRP水平(7.21±1.27)mg/L低于对照组的(10.83±2.31)mg/L,而WBC、NETU水平均升高,观察组WBC、NETU水平(7.27±1.34)×10^(9)/L、(10.37±1.87)×10^(9)/L高于对照组的(6.28±0.93)×10^(9)/L、(8.37±1.53)×10^(9)/L(P<0.05)。结论自拟退热方穴位贴敷联合奥司他韦治疗儿童流行性感冒可缩短症状消失时间,减轻炎症反应,调节WBC、NETU表达水平,安全性高,可在临床推广运用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application of self-made antipyretic formula combined with oseltamivir in children with influenza.Methods 64 cases of children with influenza were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random numerical table,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oseltamivir granules,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application of self-made antipyretic formula+oseltamivir granules.The therapeutic effect,symptom disappearance time and the changes of C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and neutrophil count(NETU)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of 96.88%in the observation group was higher than 78.13%in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,sore throat,nasal congestion,headache and fatigue in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP levels in both groups were decreased,and the CRP level of(7.21±1.27)mg/L in the observation group was lower than(10.83±2.31)mg/L in the control group;the levels of WBC and NETU in both groups were increased,and the levels of WBC and NETU in the observation group were(7.27±1.34)×10^(9)/L and(10.37±1.87)×10^(9)/L,which were higher than(6.28±0.93)×10^(9)/L and(8.37±1.53)×10^(9)/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of self-made antipyretic formula combined with oseltamivir in the treatment of children's influenza can shorten the symptom disappearance time,reduce the inflammatory response,and regulate the expression level of WBC and NETU.It is safe,and can be popularized and applied in the clinic.
