摘　　要：反复发作性口腔溃疡是一种常见口腔疾病,严重影响人生活、工作、学习。本次选择1例经作者治疗的反复发作性口腔溃疡患者案例,治疗过程中使用了经方如:甘草泻心汤、升麻鳖甲汤、苡仁附子败酱散、柴胡桂枝汤等,时方如:逍遥丸、丹栀黑逍遥丸、二至丸、参苓白术散等,并学习借鉴近代名家治疗口腔溃疡的案例的经验,特汇报给同仁,以为临床诊治该病提供新思路。Recurrent aphthous ulcer is a common oral disease,which seriously affects people's life,work and study.This study selected a case of a patient with recurrent oral ulcers who was treated by the author,and the treatment used the classical prescriptions,such as:Gancao Xiexin Decoction,Shengma Biejia Decoction,Yiren Fuzi Baijiang Powder,and Chaihu Guizhi Decoction,current prescriptions,etc,such as:Xiaoyao Pill,Danzhi Heixiaoyao Pill,Erzhi Pill,Shenling Baizhu Powder,etc,and learn from the experience of modern famous treatment of oral ulcer cases,hereby report to colleagues,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
