摘　　要：单萜类化合物是一类含有两个异戊二烯结构的重要天然产物,具有广泛的药理活性,包括抗炎、抗氧化、免疫调节、神经保护等。越来越多的研究证实,单萜类化合物在抗抑郁疾病方面具有潜在的效果。一些单萜类化合物能通过调节神经递质水平,改善下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴功能,影响神经营养因子水平,抑制炎症和氧化应激等机制缓解抑郁症状。本文归纳了具有抗抑郁作用的单萜类天然产物,并对其抗抑郁作用机制进行了汇总,以期为抑郁症的治疗与药物研发提供参考。Monoterpenoids are important natural product containing two isoprene structures with many pharmacological activities,including anti-inflammation,antioxidation,immune regulation,and neuroprotection,etc.Some monoterpenoids can relieve depressive symptoms by regulating the levels of neurotransmitters,improving the function of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,affecting the levels of neurotrophic factors,and inhibiting the inflammation and oxidative stress,etc.This article summarized natural monoterpenoids with antidepressant effect and summarized their antidepressant mechanism,to provide reference for the treatment and drug development of depression.
